Making Peanut Butter Fudge

Every Christmas I watch my Nana make peanut butter fudge. She first gets all of the ingreadients and adds them together. She then boils it for two minutes causing a physical change. Then she poors it into a pan and puts it into the fridge to mold into a solid. After it's stiff she takes the yummy fudge out of the fridge and cuts it, letting me be the first to try the peanut butter hevean. AWESOME!

Making peanut butter fudge

1. Prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan by lining it with aluminum foil and spraying the foil with nonstick cooking spray.2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter. Once it is completely melted, stir in the brown sugar and the milk.3. Boil the mixture for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. After 2 minutes, remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla.4. Sift the powdered sugar into a large bowl, and pour the peanut butter mixture over the sugar. Stir until the candy is well-combined and has no lumps.5. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan. Cover the pan with cling wrap, and refrigerate until firm. Once firm, cut into small squares to serve.
