Analysis In my case study data I noticed that I met my goal 7 out of 13 days. My shortest time was 24 minutes and my longest time was 43 minutes. I also noticed that I used a variety of cardio activities. On the days I played a sport my time activity time was generally lower. My average activity time over the 13 day cases tudy was 32 minutes. In my testing data I noticed that my scores increased everytime except on test 5. My fact recall scores increased at a faster rate than my memory scores. My memory scores follwed a pattern over the testing period where they increased by 1 then stayed the same then increased by 1 again. I grew a total of 3 levels on my memory test. There is a pattern in my memory tests of a slow and steady increase which connects to my average physical activity time of 32 minutes. The drop in my fact recall test on test 5 connects to a drop in physical activity time on days 10 - 12. Conclusion Thy hypothesis for my case study was, if I get 30 minutes of physical activity everyday for 13 days then my brain health will increase. The hypothesis was supported by my brain health data. The data shows an increase in brain health on both the memory and fact recall tests. The problem for my case study was, can I improve my brain health if I get 3o minutes of physical activity everyday? Based on my data, yes, I could improve my brain health. I was able to improve both my memory level and fact recall ability.
