Steak de Libin

For dinner, I choose to have steak, brown rice, and mixed boiled vegetables. This meal is healthy because brown rice is a whole grain. Whole grains help keep your heart healthy. Steak gives you protein. Protein helps build body muscles and gives you strength. Vegetables are good for your eyes and have alot of vitamins.
