Leadership and ManagementThere are four types of leadership and management. Those are Top Management which is made up of your executives who do most the goal planning. Mid-Managers who spend most their time organizing the work and various resources needed along with staffing new employees. Supervisors who are responsible for leadering the employees in the right direction to accomplish the company's goals. The last type is Management by Others, these are people who do not have the rank of manager but are asked to complete a managers task.
