Layered Chocolate Biscuits

3. Stir the chocolate until it is runny. Make sure all the lumps have disappeared then remove the bowl from the saucepan wearing gloves. Turn off the hot plate. Stir for 1 minute.

4. Pour the chocolate into the mould. Place the mould in the ice bath, and leave to sit for 15-20 minutes.

2. Place the chocolate melts in the bowl. Wear heat resistent gloves to gently lower the bowl into the saucepan.

5. Restart the hot plate, and heat the water. Place the white chocolate melts into the bowl. Wear gloves to gently lower the bowl into the saucepan.

7. Pour the white chocolate over the milk chocolate. Spread it out. Place a ginger nut biscuit on top. Leave in the ice bath for 1 hour to set.

8. Remove the mould from the ice bath. Push out the layered-chocolate biscuit and enjoy. These tasty treats are great to share with your family and friends.
