King Khufu was a creul king. There is a lot of evidence to support this. Some rumors are that he forced people as slaves to build the Great Pyramid of Giza. Other rumors say that laborers called themselves, "Friends of Khufu." Rumors also lead us to belive that laborers were paid for their work. We may never know this for sure. King Khufu is known to be a famous and infamous king and pharoah.
"The Great Pyramid of Giza" is also known as, "The Great Pramid of Khufu." The Pyramid is one of the seven wonders of the world, it took about twenty years to build, it stood at 481 feet tall, it is made from 2.3 million limestones, and each limestone weighs between 4,000 and 30,000 pounds. The pyramid was the tallest man-made structer in the world for almost 4,000 years.
King Khufu is also called Chepos.His full name is Khnum-Khufwy. He ruled the old kingdom. Khufu was the second pharaoh of the fourth dynasty of kings. He ruled from 2589 BC to 2566 BC.His father's name is Snefru, his mother's name is Queen Hetepheres, he married his sister whose name is Queen Merities. They had nine sons and fifteen daughters.
