Kim Campbell

Education Kim Campbell went to Prince Of Wales Secondary School in Vancouver, B.C., University Of British Columbia, and London School Of Economics and Political Science (a university) in London, England.

The Progressive Conservative was defected and Kim Campbell lost her seat in the general election in October 1993

She was first elected to the House Of Commons in 1988.

From 1996 to 2000, she served as the Canadian consul general at Harvard University, Los Angeles.

Kim Campbell was born on March 10th, 1947 in Port Alberni, B.C., Canada. She is also known as Avril Phaedra Campbell. She lived with her father, mother, and her sister. Her family moved to Vancouver soon after she was born. Her mother left when Avril was only 12, and thats when Avril decided that her name is no longer going to be Avril, and from there on she would be called Kim.

Her autobiography, Time and Chance was published in 1996.

In Vancouver, Kim Campbell served on the city school board. she ran as a candidate of the Social Credit Party and 2 years later, she switched parties and was elected to the federal parliament as a Progressive Conservative.
