Katherine Applegate

*Katherine planned to be a veterinarian as her career.*Her husband, Michael, is the co-author for many of her projects including Animorphs and Everworld.*Her series Animorphs sold over 35 million copies worldwide.

*Born October 9, 1956 in Ann Arbor, Michigan.*She lived in Michigan, Illinois and Texas before graduating from The University of Texas at Austin. *In 2003, she and her husband Michael Grant adopted their daughter, Julia from China.
