Kamchatka
Kamchatka is a peninsula in Siberia at exactly 56.1327° N, 159.5314° E. The Sredinny Range stretches from northeast to southwest along the center of the peninsula and is made up of volcanoes, mostly shield volcanoes and stratovolcanoes. The mountain range has an elevation of 11,880 ft. Kamchatka is a taiga biome due to its long, cold winters and cool, wet summers.
