- Stalin was the dictator of Russia- turned Russian goverment into a communist goverment

Stalin had a plan, the 5-Year Plan, to help industrialize the rural nation of Russia. And because of this the country industrialized faster than any other nation. Under his reign he also provided equal rights to women. But in the beginning he also took all the farm land away and distributed equally. Many farmers refused to these terms and could be shot and killed. Although he did help Russia on her national downslide, he struck fear into the lives of many and killed millions of people in labor camps.

Goverment Programs:

In November, 1917 the Bolsheviks took control of Russia. In 1922, the Soviet Union had control of the government with Valdemire Lenin as their leader. Through the years, Stalin used his knowledge in politics and strategic planning to move his way up the political ladder. After Lenin died in 1924, Stalin outmaneuvered his opponents and took power of the Communist Party. But late 1920's Stalin was the dictator of Russia.

Rise to Power:

Joseph Stalin

- 5-Year Plan- Collectivism- The Great Purge- Peasant Worker's Party

Stalin's threat level is extremely high, he has the people of Russia hypnotized by the good things he has done. On the scale of his threat he is a red, meaning very high. He's too similar to Hitler with his actions and has killed many of his OWN people and because they are an access power and can damage England at any moment. What England must do is try to send secret assassins to Russia and terminate the communist leader, but to do so we must be swift and without much notice. Or bring forth all the allies and invade Russia at their capital.
