John Franklin Bobbitt

John Franklin Bobbitt became famous for creating the concept of objective analysis which eventually stemmed into the objectives we create today in our classrooms. He felt there should be a connection between the outcomes of the objectives and the instruction within each classroom. He belonged to the social efficiency movement and created numerous surveys to help in the development of the public school systems.
