Jesse Jackson was a famous Civil Rights Leader/Activist.

He was born on October 8th, 1941 in Greenville, SC (South Carolina)

Jesse Jackson worked with Martin Luther King Jr. and was at the hotel with him when he was assasinated.

He also negotiated the release of thousands of hostages and prisoners during the 1980's and 1990's

Jesse Jackson was a very important person that took part in the Civil Rights Movement.
