Jazz

Jazz as a musical form was originated and developed by African Americans. Jazz is a culmination of American culture and musical styles. The earliest years of jazz arent documented.However Buddy Bolden, born in 1877 is considered to be the first recognized jazz musician.

Popular Dances associated with Jazz include jazz dance and modern jazz dance.Moves Used In Jazz Dance include Jazz Hands, Kicks, Leaps, Sideways Shuffling, Rolled Shoulders, and Turned Knees.

The reason that jazz is important today is also part of the reason it has always been important- because its authentic. All the true jazz masters have dedicated their lives to the evolution of music.
