Hello Year 8 Art!Pablo Picasso had a major influence and input on the formation of Cubism as one of the first avant-garde art movements of the 20st Century. Copy out the fact sheet on Picasso into your Visual Arts Diary (V.A.D), presenting it as a mini case study. This must include atleast 3 images of his works, with an analogy of ONE artwork ( images to be completed for homework). You shall be given the opportunity to pair up and create your own Picasso work using the program 'Picasso Head'. Each student is to create a portrait of their partner and print it out and include in journal. You must include a description of why the image is cubist, including a desciption of colour, line and techniques used.
