This picture shows a lot of things Isaac Newton did. Involving the telescope and light and color.

This is a map of England where Isaac Newton lives.

Isaac Newton had a huge lasting impact on the world. He provided the best description of the material world and he set a work path for many great scientists and discoveries. Without Isaac Newton's discoveries in math, people today wouldn't be able to design vehicles, and make machines to carry us to space. Isaac Newton changed the way science and math worked.

My Opinion

My opinion of Isaac Newton was that he was an incredibly smart man. He had a huge impact on society, and without him we wouldn't have the advances we do today in the field of math and science.

Conventional Wisdom

At the time of Isaac Newton, most people believed that planets revolved around the sun, not the earth. People also thought that planets were held in place by an invisible shield. Isaac newton proved this theory wrong. Isaac Newton showed that the planets were held by the sun's gravity.

People's Reaction

Isaac Newton's idea changed the way people saw the universe. Most people were used to Galileo discoveries at the time, so when Isaac Newton came out with his discoveries, people thought he was crazy. Now, people know that he was a smart man, and helped the world thrive.

Isaac Newton is one of the smartest people of all time. He provided many advances to the mathematics and science field of study. One of his first findings involved the telescope. There was a telescope out at the time that had a glass lens in to see through. This often cause blurriness and people couldn't really see through it. Isaac Netwon discovered that if you put a mirror in, instead of a glass lens it helps you see a lot better. Isaac Newton also invented the Binomial Theorem and infinitesimal calculus. He also proposed a set of laws that described the motion of all things in the universe. Isaac doesn't stop there. He also had a new theory that involved light and color. Isaac Newton accomplished a lot throughout his lifetime.

Isaac Newton was born in Woolsthorpe, England on December 25, 1642. He attended the University of Cambridge, where he received his college education. Isaac Newton was never married, but he had a loving for cats and dogs. His life was put to an end on March 20, 1727 in London, England. Isaac Newton was a scientist and mathematician that had a great impact on the way science works today.
