Drawbacks
Join the Independent Party Today!
Do you find yourself agreeing with Democrats on somethings and Republicans on others?
Open primary More credibility in political discussions with peers if not associated with a partyIndependent groups don’t have ties to a traditional group and are more flexible in a way that they are able to act for the benefit of the local community Getting people who are more interested in single-issue politics to vote
Independents go back and forth on issues; undecided/ unpredicted Independent leaders try and please both Democratic and Republican parties and rarely have a big voice over them.
