Important people of WWI

There were alot of great people in WWI and WWII; but to me Franz Ferdinand was most imortant. Franz Ferdinand was the archduke of Austria, until his assasination on June 28th, 1914. This was considered to some people the start of WWI.

Woodrow Wilson was the 28th president of the united states. He was a strong leader. He wanted a small central government. He also fought for anti-trust legislation and labor rights. He made laws, and he won re-election in 1916 after promising to keep america out of WWI. He made the 14 points but in the end it didnt work out. Woodrow Wilson wanted freedom. He wanted everyone to get along, and everyone could travel the sea freely, trade freely, but most importantly Woodrow Wilson wanted to make it better for everyone. Even though he promised to not have America involved the war, he wanted to declare war on Germany because of the eruption of the unrestricted submarine warfare in 1917. He was able to provide America with freedom and food. Woodrow was the first government to leave and sail somewhere else. The important thing that came out was the league of nations.

The Big 4: David Lloyd the prime minister of British, vittorio Orlando was the prome minister of Italy, Georges Clemenceau was the prime minister of France, And Woodrow Wilson was the prime minister of the U.S.A. They were the 4 that made the Treaty of Varsailles, they took away terrritory and they blame Germany for the war so they had to pay and their military decreased.

Prince Max von Baden (1867-1929) served as Germany's last Chancellor responsible for the revolution and creation of a German republic in November 1918.
