We shook the bag until the ice and salt froze the ice cream.
I think if I double the amount of rock salt the ice cream will freeze in half the time.

Method
The bag with more salt froze faster. This happened because the salt melts the ice, which freezes the ice creams, so when there was more salt the ice melted even faster.
