How to...be a leader

Become a great leader!

My Action Research

Great Leaders

In my action research I used self efficacy because I chose an intervention that I knew I could successfuly complete. I used ethical leadership because I made sure my intervention was appropriate for a third grade student, and made sure he would not be harmed. I also followed the innotave leader because I did research to find the best ways and ideas on how to help my visual learner improve his reading comprehension. I am always open to new ideas or ways to accomplish a goal.

Self Efficacy"Perseption that one has capabilites to actually complete a task" (Buczynski & Hansen, 2014). A leader needs to know that they have the necessary skills for the projects they decide to do.

Innovative LeaderThis leader is always looking or open to new ideas about how to reach goals (Buczynski & Hansen, 2014).
