1) Read the book that you you have chosen to read or that has been assigned.a) Write your name and grade at the top of the page.b) Write the name of the book. Ex. Name of Book:_________c) Write the name of the author and illustrator of the book.

4) SummarizeLook through the book and choose the most important events that took place throughout the story and retell them in your own words.Include major events, problems that the characters faced, and how the characters fixed thier problems.
