HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE COATED BISCUITS
1. BREAK CHOCOLATE INTO SMALL PIECES2. PLACE SMALL PIECES OF CHOCOLATE INTO A BOWL3. FILL A PAN WITH 3/4 WATER AND PLACE ON STOVE4. ONCE THE WATER BEGINS TO BOIL, SIT THE BOWL ON THE PAN5. TURN THE STOVE ON LOW HEAT6. STIR THE CHOCOLATE UNTIL SMOOTH AND HAS NO LUMPS7. REMOVE THE PAN FROM STOVE AND PLACE ON A WOODEN BOARD 8. USE A SPATULA TO COAT THE BISCUITS WITH THE CHOCOLATE9. LEAVE BISCUITS ON THE TRAY TO COOL
