Criteria that dictates an active, healthy lifestyle:> Participate weekly in 150 min in moderate intensity activity or 75 min of vigorous activity> Has a balanced exercise routine of cardio, resistance training, and stretching> Walk a minimum of 5,000 steps each day
Do you have a regular exercise routine?Do you have an active lifestyle or do you spend most of your time sitting at a desk or in a car?Do you eat a healthy diet or get plenty of sleep each night?

Get up as much as possible and move a bit. Try stretching for a few minutes every hour!
