Stress is such a big problem that iyt also affects you in physical ways too. Stress is negative when a person faces a lot of challenges without relaxation between challenges. Then the person becomes overworked and stress-related tension builds. Stress that continues without relaxation can lead to a condition called distress

Stress is something that you don't want everyday in your life. There is chronic stress that can really affect you mentally. Many studies have shown a link between =stress and mental health problems, the reason behind this connection has been unclear. People with chrinic stress has more white matter in some parts of their brain.

A lot of kids are getting overworked in school and are not getting enough time to do sports or to play andf talk with friends. Kids also have a lot of family problems and they get stressed a lot. When their parents fight, they most likely are going to get stressed because they are fight for things that don't make sense. Some times teachers put a lot of HW and projects and kids have to stay up late to finish them.
