The blue stripes stand for the waters that bored Honduras, which is the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea.The white stripe stands for peace and honesty.The stars represent the members of the former Federal Republic of Central America which included: Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Honduras.

The Honduras seasons are almost hot all year around. The temperature there may vary by altitude rather then the season. The average high temperature in Honuras is 32 degrees celsius or 90 degrees Ferenheit and the average low for the central american country is 20 degrees celsius or 68 degrees ferenheit. The coolest areas are in the mountains. Honduras also has climate by regions. The caribbean coast can get a lot of rain . The heaviest months for rainfall is September to February. In Honduras the dry season takes place from December to May. The capital, Tegucigalpa, can get very chilly between the moths December and January when the temperatures in the cities are around 23 degrees celsium or 73 degrees ferenheit

A)Tegucigalpa is the capital of Honduras. Many believe that the name of the city derives from the Lenca words "land of sliver". B) Honduras is about 43,000 square miles. It has a population of about 7.7 million. There is about an average of 170 people per square mile.

A) Honduras' exports include seafood, palm oil, fruit, lumber and beef. Their imports include machinery and transport equipment, industrial raw materials, chemical products, fuels, and food.B) Their unit of currency is lempira. 1 Lempira= .05 US dollars.

Hondurans dance the salsa and mengue. People from Honduars enjoy watching football. Many people enjoy painting.
