-There were six death camps-mass killings began june 1941 with shootings to Jew civilians-Jews were deported to a concentration camp by germans in poland-May 1945 every 2 out of 3 jews were murdered in Europe

-Over 1.4 million jews killed in concentration camps -In Auschwitz they are burned bodies-they used exhaust gas from trucks to kill the jews

-Camp Belzec was established May 1942-600,000 Jews were victims are Belzec-Camp Treblinka was established July 1942-900,000 Jew were killed at Treblinka

Chelmno Death Camp:-the first Nazi camp where gassing was used to murder Jews on a large scale-a total of 320,000 people were murdered at Chelmno
