First Polaris Snowmobile

Polaris introduces more models of snowmobiles for "family fun". The company took on the colors red white and blue.

Polaris introduce the legendary Indy. The Indy was the fastes snowmobile of the time with great handling and comfort. It gained popularity fast.

For 2015 polaris introduces AXYS, a rider centered platform and suspension. They have also introduced the Rush Pro S/X and the Switchback Pro S/X. They are faster than ever and have the best handleing out of any snowmobile.

The firs 100 percent rising rate suspension. lighter and faster. External skid frame. Soon copied by Ski Doo.

Polaris was the first company to create a machine that could traverse snow faster than other methds. It utilized a steel track and metal skis.
