His Discoveries

His Discoveries

This principle states that no two electrons in an atom can have the same four quantum numbers.

The Pauli Exclusion Principle

Pauli also successfully hypothesized the existence of the neutrino.

Neutrinos: Subatomic particles produced by the decay of radioactive elements and are elementary particles that lack an electric charge.

The spin theory proposes a quantum number for the "spin" of electrons. There are only two possible values, "up" and "down".

Pauli also worked a lot on the spin theory and the quantum theory.

Towards the end of 1925, Pauli used Heisenberg's newly developed matrix theory to solve the non-relativistic theory of spin.
