Goal setting by students can be an excellent way to set their own standards and accomplish greatness

Definition of high expectations...Academics-striving for higher achievements, not settlingBehavior-Adhering to class and school policies, holding self and others accountable for actionsAffective Domain-Uplifting peers, asking necessary questions, valuing self and peers, and striving to be better peoplePride in Work- Taking responsibility for learning, giving full effort towards all class work, and not giving excusesGoal setting- Setting realistic and specific, individualized goals for all aspects of learning and assessing or resetting goals

Going Above and Beyond

Students are expected to always give their best and strive for success.Displaying student work is a good way to promote pride in their work and helps them understand you have high expectations for them.
