Henry Masson


His brothers names were Albert aged 27 and William aged 22.Henry was 24 when he enlisted in the war.Not Henry or his brothers were married and they worked as a labourers exept for William who was a saw mill hand.

Henry's rank was as a private and fought in the 53 battalionhe enlisted on the 23rd of October 1916.He also worked as a labourer back home and his religion was a presbyterian.

Henry lived in Gosford Road, Hamilton NSW and enlisted for the war on the 23rd of October 1916

He travelled to Gallipoli on the A 29 Suevic wich was a large ship.This is a picture of it.
