Helium

Helium is a colorless, odorless gas that is a non-metal in the Noble Gases.

Helium is the second most abundant element in the universe after Hydrogen!There are no known compounds that contain Helium, but scientists are trying to produce Helium Diflouride.

Helium is very important for life on earth. The sun makes its energy from the fussion of Hydrogen into Helium gas.

Helium is used in products like scubadiving tanks mixed with oxygen.

Helium has the lowest melting and boiling points. It is a gas except when under temperatures close to zero, helium is a fluid.

Helium is named after the Greek god of the sun “Helios”
