Helen Keller was an American author, political activist and lecturer. She was the first deafblind person to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree.
The movie "The Miracle Worker," was filmed in Middletown, NJ. Only 4 miles from our school.
Interesting Facts:Helen started a childrens museum.Anne Sullivan was a student at Perkins Institute before becoming a teacher for Helen.
