Breakfast:Citrus Salad

Ingredients- 1 grapefruit (80 calories)- 1 orange (80 calories)- 2 tsp. honey (20 calories)- 4 small sprigs of fresh mint (0 calories)Cut and peal fruit. Drizzle honey and sprinkle leaves on top.Total: 180 calories

Meal Plan

Ingredients- 2 slices whole wheat bread (150 calories)- 30 grams natural cheese (120 calories)- 5 leaves fresh basil (0 calories)- 0.2 ounce black pepper (8 calories)Grill on frying pan over medium.Total: 278 calories

Lunch:Italian Grilled Cheese

Dinner: Steak Kabobs

Ingredients- 1/4 fresh cilantro (1 calorie)- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar (2 calories)- 1 clove fresh garlic (1 calorie)- 1 tbsp reduced fat sour cream (18 calories)- 8 baby red potatoes (25 calories)- 3/4 pounds steak (260 calories)- 1 tsp olive oil (40 calories- 1/2 sweet onion (47 calories)Thread marinaded steak and potatoes on skewers and cook on barbeque.Total: 394 calories
