Tips n' Tricks1. Make sure all knives are well handled and properly used.2. Make sure parental guidance is available when cooking with wok and griddle pan because they are of very high heat.3. Always wash all resources such as food, and utensils used before use to prevent bacteria in food.

Ingredients: (makes 4)- 4 tuna steaks- 1 red capsicum- 2 medium carrots- 1/2 chilli (according to individual taste)- 2 zuccinis- 2 cloves garlic- 2cm piece of ginger- 1 bunch corriander- 1 handful snowpeas- 2 tbsp seasame seeds- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce- 1/2 tsp fish sauce- 1 tbsp lemongrass paste- 1 tbsp soy sauce- 1 lime (1/2 in stir fry, 1/2 to serve)
