PROTEINProtein is found in chicken, eggs, and fish. Protein helps you build muscle. Protein is formed by a long chain of amino acid residues. You need 50 grams of it, according to the CDC.

GRAINSThere are two types of grains; whole grains and refined grains. Refined grains are the type of grains you have to avoid, they are found in white bread. Whole grains help your body with carbohydrates (energy), they are found in 100% whole grain bread.

DAIRYDairy can be found in milk, cheese, and yogurt. Milk, cheese, and yogurt come from cows and help your bones by providing you with calcium. You need 3 servings per day.
