Obesity and diabetes are 2 common health problems people due to junk foods. People having obesity lead to blood pressure,blood vessel damage,heart attack,kidney failure etc.

There are 4 major groups in Canada's Food Guide.They are- 1)Bread,Cereal and Grain.2)Fruits and Vegetables.3) Milk and milk products.4)Meat and meat alternatives.
