Make sure the height of your keyboard allows you to keep an "open angle" with your arms. And also, keep your shoulders relaxed, and your elbows at your side. When sitting in a chair, be sure to avoid pressure points, keep your feet flat on the ground, and keep your thighs parallel with the floor.

When using a computer, be sure to keep a clean screen. Be sure to follow the 20/20/20 rule which is: take a 20 second break every 20 minutes and look at least 20 feet away. If you surf the web or edit long documents, consider a mouse with a scroll wheel, and always keep your wrists in a nuetral postion instead of bending them up or down. To make your computer easier for you, Consider using a voice recognition software program.
