Health is no longer an issue for some, an unhealthy life is spreading amongst almost everyone and we have to do our best to solve this big issue.

You might think health isn't very important, but do you know how many people die because of their health every year? 45 000 die annualy because of lack of health. The increase of deaths because of lackage of health has increased two and a half times since 2002. This shows that we have to take more care of what we eat and what we need to do to stay healthy.

There are six components of health:- physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, enviromental and social. To be a healthy person you have to have all of the components in balance.

If traditional medicine isn't enough, there are other alternatives you can try:- acupuncture (traditional Chinese medicine using needles), osteopathy and chiropractic (manual medicine that focuses on musculoskeletal framework), naturopathy (natural medicine including homeopathy, herbalism, acupuncture and nutricion), nutricion, homeopathy (homeopathic medicine).

The World Health Organisation (WHO) says that 'If current trends continue the number of overweight or obese infants and young children globally will increase to 70 million by 2025.' Do you want this to happen? Take care of what and where you eat. Forget about all the junk food and do exercise.

To take a healthy decison is very important for you, and carry it out seriously. It can change your life completely. A bad decision could turn you from a good boy to a criminal, that could be the effects of drugs. Tabacco could also turn you from a healthy man to a sick person.
