How did it fall?Han china fell due to overexpansion of territory, social conflict of religion, Government corruption, peasant rebellion (Taiping/Yellow Turban revolution), and power being held by feudal lords rather than by the central government.
Mandate of heavenThe mandate of heaven is a philosophical concept that brings the authority of the current leader, whom can be called the "son of heavn" in to question. If the ruler lost the mandate of heaven, they were overthrown and replaced by whoever had it.
