Guide to Living Well, and Living GoodBy: Paul Sachs

Family: Unlike many things in life, family changes only very rarely, and it's important to value one's family, because even if the whole world is against you, your family will stick with you. I myself have four siblings, and it's comforting to know that they always have my back, no matter how bad things in my life may get.

Friends:Friends help to make life worth living, as they will often support you in your endeavors, and they help to make life more fun and enjoyable in general. Without my friends, I don't know what I'd do. They stand up for me, and are some of the few people who can actually put up with me for long periods of time.

The Future:While it is important to live in the moment, it is also equally important to look to the future, and decide what you really want out of life. I personally like to make plans and think about the future, because although I know that these plans are never set in stone, I like to to have a general sense of direction in my life, as it helps to put me more at ease when I get stressed out over something.

Alone Time:While it's important to have people to surround and support you, it's also important to save time for yourself, so that you can think, and relax without distractions. My alone time allows me to recharge and prepare for the what ever the tommorrow has to bring.

Religion:Although religion is often considered to be a touchy subject, it is often a key to living well for many, myself included. Religion gives assurance that everything will be ok, especially when things get rough, and often times, can help someone find their purpose in life

Do What You Love:Whether you like to play sports, read, travel, paint, or play video games similarly to me, you have to make sure that you do what you love. While you have responsibilities to fulfill in life, that doesnt mean you can't do whatt you love. If you spend all your time working, then there's really no point to it all, and as such, I believe its very important to take time to enjoy life.
