Khinkali Ingredients: 1. Flour 1kg 2. A little salt 3. Some water 4.Minced or chopped beef 1 kg 5.2 onions (chopped) 6. A little pepperMethod:1.Make soft dough with flour, water and a little salt.2.Make the dough flat and cut out small round pieces.3.Make the small pieces flat too.4.Prepare the filling: mix minced or chopped beef, some salt, pepper and two onions chopped thin.5.Put the teaspoon of meat filling onto a piece of small flat dough and bind It at the top.6. Put the prepared khinkali into hot boiling water where you put some salt as well.7.
