FRUIT SALAD

SPANISH OMELETTE

Ingredients:1 kilo tomatoes 2 dessert spoon of vinegar1/2 small onion 1 clove of garlic1 small green pepper 1 tbsp.salt1 small cucumber 200 grams of bread from previous day1 small cup of olive oil 1/3 pt water2 dessert spoon of vinegar Steps:Chop the tomatoes, onion and green pepper.Peel the clove of garlic, and cucumber.Cut the peeled cucumber into chunks.Put the tomatoes, onion, pepper, cucumber and garlic into a bowl.Add the water, bread, vinegar, olive oil and salt.Mix all together with a mixer.Stain off the mixture.Leave the gazpacho to chill for at least an hour.Isabel and Paula

Ingredients:- 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced.- 6 eggs- 1 onion, chopped- 1/4 litre olive oil- SaltFirst,heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sliced potatoes until almost soft. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt. Add the potatoes. And mix well.Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Pour in the potatoes and eggs and shake the frying pan from time to time so that the omelette soesn't stick to the bottom. Once the botom of the omelette has set, turn the omelette. Continue frying until it has set all the way through.Fernando and Tarek

GAZPACHO

Ingredients:-Pear, apple, banana, kiwi, melon, orange, mandarine, grapes.First, peel the fruits. Then cut all the fruits in small pieces. Mix the fruits in a bowl.Squeeze the oranges and pour orange juice over the fruit. And enjoy it.Sonia
