Al–Zahrawi advanced medical by creating the anatomy of text! His work was translated into latin and used in Europe for centuries as standard medical text!
Al–Razi experimented with potential cures for ailments, including using foods for healing. He was also a chemist, especially in his later years. Hundreds of hospitals were established throughout the Islamic Empire.
Al-Ma'mun created the House of Wisdom and built it in Baghdad. Scholars preserved literature and works of history.

Thank you for expressing your interest in Islam. I do not appreciate you characterizing all Muslims as "skin and bones" as seen by the skeleton on the bottom of this glog. It may not seem so to you but that was a highly offensive implication to be making. Please be more careful.
