Does age and physical Activities affect a woman's blood pressure, heart rate and breathing rate ? Ana Luiza Borgonovi

Physical activities can include weight loss, athletic skills, strengthening muscles or even strengthening the cardiovascular system. A person’s heart rate can be measured before and after a physical exercise. Heart rate is determined by the number of heartbeats per unit of time, expressed as beats per minute (BPM). Blood pressure is the pressure of the circulating blood against the walls of the arteries & breathing rate is the number of breaths per minute a person gives.
