The river Volga is navigable way.It often hold different competitions.People often like to relax and just enjoy the sceneryAll beaches along the Volga river in its beautiful.Surrounded by beautiful trees,forests,meadows. The most famous bridges across the river is Alexandrovsky railway bridge near Syzran, commissioned in 1880.

The Volga River is the most important river in RThe Volga river flows through the territory of the 15 subjects of the Russian Federation (from the headwaters to the mouth): Tver region, Moscow region, Yaroslavl oblast, Kostroma oblast, Ivanovo oblast, Nizhny Novgorod oblast, Chuvashia, Mari El, Tatarstan, Ulyanovsk oblast, Samara oblast, Saratov oblast, Volgograd region, Astrakhan region, Kalmykia.ussia. Not only is it the longest river in Europe, but the Volga is also the cradle of Russian civilization. Approximately half of the country's 20 largest cities are in the Volga basin, including the capital of Moscow.
