INDEPENDENT VARIABLEReplace most of the heavy cream from the Control Recipe with mocha coffee and coconut milk.

My HypothesisI think that instead of adding the heavy cream and replacing it with a thiner milk (mocha coffee and coconut) it would make it less thick and creamy. And of course it would have to have an EXTREMELY delicious coffee flavor.

HOW I MADE ICE CREAM

CONTROL RECIPEMilk 1/2 cup Whipping cream (heavy cream) 1/2 cup Sugar 1/4 cup Vanilla 1/4 teaspoon Sodium Chloride (NaCI) table or rock salt 1/2 cup Ice 2 cups

I LOVE ICE CREAM

CONCLUSIONTHE INGREDIENTS STAYED REALLY WELL TOGETHER THE COCONUT MILK AND THE COFFEE ACTED AS GREAT EMULSIFIER! AND IT WAS NOT AS LIGHT AS I EXSPECTED!

My DataCoconut Coffee Ice Cream was was a bit softer and less creamy than the control. The flavor was more intense than the control.
