You should have balance diet. You should eat five times a day.

You shouldn't eat junk food. You shouldn't have snacks.

It's advisable to practice exercice three times a week. Also you could walk a little bit everyday.

It's advisable not to becouch potato.

If I were you, I would sleep 8 hours and I would plan your day. In order to avoid stress.

Try not to leave everything for the last day.
