Birth Of A LegendStanley Martin Lieber, aka “Stan Lee”, grew up in New York City and lived in a small apartment with one window that was facing a brick wall. He lived with his mom, dad, and brother, Larry. His parents were immigrants from Romania. The Great Depression had just started and a lot of people were losing their jobs.
