Geopolitical: Chinese people became aware of human rights issues in China. In addition, they began to be exposed to democracy, freedom, and liberty from different countries in the West. Economic Significance: China's communist government fell down and caused economic trouble for China.International Relationship: China was finally admitted to the World Trade Orgnanization when it industrilized enough to compete in the global makretplace.

Geopolitical: When the USSR collapsed in 1991 it began the start of nine independent countries(Armenia, Tajikstan, Kazakhstan, and etc). Economic Significance:During the 1980s and 1990s the USSR was fairly strong but in 1991 its economy collapsed.International Relationship: Became in connection with China to continue a communist government.
Geopolitical: Arabs and Jews fought for Israel to be their land. Jews believed their were there first and were willing to evolve the nation. Arabs didn't want that they believed they had arrived their since A.D. In result, Israel and Palenstine was created. Cultural: Jews and Arabs use violence and terrorism to gain more control of the nation.International Relationship: Became in contact with the United Nations in 1948 to establish in agreement between Jews abd Arabs for their homeland(Israel).
Geopolitical: Mexico had a group called the Zapatisitas. Their goal was to create a voice for the indigenous/Indian people living there. In 2000, Vicente Fox was elected president and mulitple political parties were legalized in Mexico. He brought Mexico closer to having a democracy.Cultural: Their culture and religion affected them from establishing independent nations because they suffered poverty and wouldn't evolve.Economic Significance: Mexico depended on the U.S. economically.
