More Interesting Facts-In actuality, George Washington Carver did NOT make Peanut Butter.-In 1916, Carver published a research bulletin, “How to Grow the Peanut and 105 Ways of Preparing it For Human Consumption.” This bulletin includes several interesting ways to use peanuts like shampoo, mayonnaise, paints, and coffee.

Discoveries He was a botanist who discovered over 300 uses for peanuts. He also discovered over 100 uses for pecans and sweet potatoes.
