Ramses The Great
At the age of ten Ramses was a leader in many Egyptian wars.
This is Ramses tomb, it had to be moved because thiefs kept on looting his tomb .
. Ramses the great was known for his donations to Egypt including his war campaigns for the Medditerranean and Nubia, he also built temples and tombs also cities.
. King Ramses had health problems suh as arthritis and arterial issues that may have lead him to death, although he made wonderful achievements.
. Ramses 2 ruled as co-leader with his father Seti 1 for a short time before he reigned for a long period of time.
. About 1285 B.C. Ramses fought the Hittites at Kadesh and claimed a great victory.
. Ramses made a treaty with the Hittites and devoted his life to make temples.
His best accomplishments were building the Ramseseum and the temples ofAbu Simbel.
. Ramses 2 was buried in the Valley of the Kngs thiefs kept on loootig the mummy of Ramses so it had to be moved to tomb DB320 located close to Deir el-Bahri;it was discovered in 1881 A.D.
. After Ramses the Great died at least 9 other pharaohs were named after the great noble king Ramses The Great.
